Saint-Cirq Lapopie

This village of 200 souls is one of those medieval towns built into the cliffs. The stone houses hug the rock and form a balcony above the water. Buildings from the 12th century, three-lobed windows, narrow streets and hidden gardens take us back to the time of the troubadours. Artists and craftsmen come here for inspiration.
